Our January topic is Bring on the Balance
The New Year brings a fresh start; the chance to prioritize all the things you juggle in your daily life. Between work, family, fitness, hobbies and maintaining a social life, your to-do list can feel overwhelming even when it’s full of things you love! That’s why we are kicking off 2012 by focusing purely on something we all crave: balance. Yes, you can do it all. No, it doesn’t have to be perfect. Focus on finding the right balance that works for you.
Marina Cortese of nour-ish, will be talking about how proper nutrition can help keep us balanced, healthy and stress-free. She will also be sharing a simple and delicious recipe – yes, that means yummy samples!
Christine Hart of Your Date Coach, will touch on how it’s easier than you think to bring balance to your relationships. Learn more about how the male brain works and how this knowledge can bring ease into your relationships with men in your work-life and your love-life.
Myrlene Sundberg of Urban Mode, will be sharing her years of design experience by teaching us how to organize and decorate the perfect office space. She will also share tips on how to keep your home office separate from your home life.
